In the Academy there is a strong emphasis on parents taking responsibility for their childrens' education, and parental involvement is a key to the smooth running and success of the Academy.
The Academy runs on the principle of co-operation, which depends upon mutual trust and commitment to one another. It requires much in the way of sacrifice and cooperation to serve the vision of offering our children a Christ-centred education within a Scriptural framework.
The challenge for us as staff and parents is to win the hearts and minds of our children. We seek to do this by the sacrificial giving of ourselves and by providing a God-honouring environment both at home and in the Academy. This way we hope we will capture the “second generation” for Jesus Christ. Attending a Christian school is no guarantee for the future, but we are moving in faith.
Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6)
